As part of its activities, the Laboratory of Physics and Modeling of Condensed Matter (LPMMC) may collect and process personal data, in particular:

Directory / organizational chart: last name, first name, telephone number, email address, photograph

Account creation: last name, first name, email address, login credentials
Access to data
The collected data may be accessed by:

Account creation and mailing lists: the Information Systems Department
Data retention period
Personal data are retained for the following periods:

Directory and mailing lists: until the departure of the person concerned

User accounts: for the duration of the account’s validity
Data transfers
No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is carried out.
Mandatory nature of data
When certain information is required to access specific features of the website, its mandatory nature is indicated at the time of data collection. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may not be able to access certain services.
Rights of data subjects
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular:
